Juanita Khumalo is one inspiring young woman. The beauty, who boasts 11.4k followers on Twitter and more than 21 000 Instagram followers, recently inspired South Africans with a post about her fitness journey.

The stunning influencer and entrepreneur gushed about how far she had come since 2017 and she accompanied the post with a couple of photos.

"September 2017 was the beginning of my fitness and wellness journey. 2 images of the same woman yet completely different women. I had to be the woman in frame one in order to be directed to the woman I am today. I always look back at this comparison to remind myself of the WHY," she captioned the post.
