1. AKA gets Covid-19
Briefly.co.za had previously reported that Supa Mega had tested positive for the virus and would use the results to raise awareness about the virus.
He urged citizens to be more careful and to adhere to the regulations that have been set to attempt to flatten the curve.
He chose to make his results public in an attempt to raise awareness about the reality of the situation South Africa, and the world is currently dealing with.
The rapper encouraged Mzansi to continue wearing masks in public and to hold stringent hygiene measures by frequently sanitising and washing hands.
2. AKA shows off gorgeous girlfriend
AKA has been publicly showing off his 21-year-old girlfriend these days. After his miraculous and quick recovery from Covid-19, the rapper thanked his bae for supporting him.
Nellie Tembe had previously shared a video showing the cute gift she bought for him; a heart-shaped light stand.
AKA showed off the gift in a video he recently uploaded on social media. He also thanked God for helping him complete his recovery journey.
3. AKA launches banana-flavored vodka
AKA’s new vodka flavour for Cruz just dropped and it is definitely not a flavour most were expecting. Going from tasty watermelon to banana has definitely fired up a variety of opinions.
With the festive season approaching swiftly, it was the perfect time to drop this new flavour. Taking to social media, AKA introduced his new banana-flavoured Cruz Vodka to the people of Mzansi.
4. AKA becomes co-owner of restaurant
AKA has added another achievement on his list of accolades. The rapper recently announced that he has acquired part ownership of a restaurant in Durban.
The restaurant in question was previously called Cuba Lounge and is now renamed to Cuba Lounge BLK. It is situated the Moses Mabhida Stadium complex.
Taking to social media, AKA proudly made the announcement and was met with praise and congratulations.
