It has been a while since we saw Rachel Kolisi "dance" but despite learning some new moves and having time to practice it still appears that she struggles to impress.

Siya Kolisi, Springbok captain, shared a video of himself and Rachel getting down to Black Coffee, Siya shows he has natural rhythm and everything looks great until Rachel joins in and displays some unorthodox dance moves.

Earlier, Briefly.co.za reported that Rachel Kolisi took to Instagram to celebrate one of her favourite shows, Takalani Sesame, which celebrated its 20th anniversary this year. The first episode aired on 31 July 2000 and the 11th season was scheduled to begin filming this year.

She captioned the video with a heartfelt message praising the show, particularly the Zulu version.

Rachel performed a slightly 'cringy' dance, in her defence she admitted that she can't dance, it looked a bit like flossing mixed with something else.

In other news, Briefly.co.za reported that Springbok captain Siya Kolisi took to Instagram to asks wifey, Rachel to come back home. Rachel was at the SA Style Awards which was hosted at Diamond Walk in Johannesburg while the Kolisis reside in Cape Town.

Rachel posted up some stunning images of her in her red carpet dress. Siya then shared some of those images with the beginning of the caption reading: "Heyi heyi come home wena and put on your sweatpants!"

Thankfully for Siya, Rachel did just that. A few hours ago she posted on her Instagram that she was home from the airport.
