Bontle Modiselle Reveals She Briefly Dated Shelton Forbez at One Point

Bontle Modiselle was a guest on the first episode of Mac G's Podcast and Chill for 2021 and revealed that she has a famous ex not many people know about.

Bontle opened up about a whole host of things. She spoke to Mac G about family, career, Covid-19 and her love life. One thing that caught most fans' attention was a story about her shortest relationship.

Bontle told Mac G that she and Shelton Forbez, the singer, dancer, model and TV presenter, dated for a week back in the day.

Bontle added that it was really short and she called the relationship a rebound. The pair met when they were both part of a dance crew called 'Cryptic'.

Mac G then concluded that Bontle is into very good-looking men, which she contradicted and said not all her relationships were with models.

This was all old news though, since Bontle has been with rapper Priddy Ugly for over a decade. The two got married last year and are parents to their daughter Afrika.

Briefly.co.za also reported on when Bontle Modiselle caused quite a stir after she revealed that she would forgive her husband Priddy Ugly if he ever cheated on her.

The star has now opened up about why she would make this decision. Some time ago, in a viral video, Bontle revealed that she would probably take Priddy Ugly back if he decided to step out on her:

"For us cheating is not a deal-breaker in our relationship. Without invalidating anyone’s experiences," she said.

She opened up to Mzansi podcaster Mac G about relationships, her marriage and life in general when she revealed this fact. Bontle spoke about the first time she met Priddy Ugly.

They were friends for a few years before they started dating. Bontle said that if there was any infidelity in her relationship, she would rather talk it through and work it out instead of leaving.

She said that she would understand if he only cheated because it was only physical and nothing more:

"I am willing to put myself in that type of position for him to do the same thing because he has proven to be a man worthy of that and I have proven myself.”

However, Bontle did tell Mac G that abuse was definitely a deal-breaker and she would leave if that were to happen.

Briefly.co.za previously reported that Bontle Modiselle took to Instagram to start an 'Afro WAP' challenge. Bontle Modiselle took to social media to start a dancing challenge of her own creation.

The famous dancer decided to combine the moves associated with Cardi B's WAP music video and some classic South African dance moves.

Bontle also decided to overlay the global hit song with a local beat. The talent then showed her fire moves to the camera and shared the footage with her almost two million followers.

She aptly titled the new song-and-dance combo 'Afro WAP' in acknowledgment of both inspirations for the routine.
