Meanwhile Briefly.co.za previously reported that Babes Wodumo and Mampintsha’s reality show, Uthando Lodumo, will not be seeing the light any time soon.
This is according to reports that claim that the show has been shelved due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic.
The show was set to premiere on Showmax next month but has been postponed indefinitely.
The Sowetan reported that the adjusted level 3 national lockdown regulations have prevented the couple from having their dream wedding which was going to be aired on the show. Mampintsha paid lobola for Babes, real name Bongekile Simelane, last month.
In a joint statement released by producers of the show, Parental Advisory Productions, they explained that the wedding was delayed by the pandemic,
"We’ll update fans with a new launch date as soon as possible"
Meanwhile Briefly.co.za previously reported that Babes Wodumo and her boo Mampintsha are more in love than ever after getting traditionally married. Babes took to Instagram to share some before and after pictures of herself with Mampintsha.
She tagged boo thang Mampintsha in the snaps and accompanied her caption with some hearts and kisses emojis. The couple has been through a lot over the years and has been in the media for the wrong reasons at times.
It seems as though the pair has finally found a way to adjust and love each other unconditionally.
