Mindful Mondays: Miss SA Shudu Musida Starts Mental Health Initiative

Miss Shudfhadzo Musida can do no wrong in the eyes of her many adoring South African and international fans. The young Limpopo beauty recently got showered with love after announcing the start of her latest initiative that is focused on mental health.

Taking to her Twitter page, Miss Musida announced that the first episode of her programme, which is called Mindful Mondays, will be aired on her Instagram Live at 7pm on Monday this week.

"As I mentioned on the final night of Miss SA that I would like to start a mindful movement. One that aims to inform how we as society view mental health and de-stigmatising it," read the beginning of the thread in which she explains what Mindful Mondays will be all about.

In the thread, she also explains that every Monday evening starting tonight, she will be joined by mental health experts on her Instagram page as she tries to tackle mental health problems that many South Africans face every day.
