Da LES has been dragged on social media for a dodgy party invitation. The rapper and Dream Team member Saso will be hosting an All White Brunch in Durban on 28 March and the party's invite is doing the rounds for all the wrong reasons on Twitter.
Most tweeps have slammed Da LES for his "disgusting" grooming instructions. According to the invite, ladies need to wax their bodies before coming to the party.
Many people have taken to the micro-blogging app to share their thoughts on the star's intentions at the brunch. Check out some of the comments below:
"Waxing and clean shaves are a must??!"
"Very bizarre, are women even safe to attend this?"
"Hebanna who will be checking if you shaved/waxed or not?! All this for a Brunch, a BRUNCH? Yey I have so many questions."
"Even if it's legs and armpits, why must someone police if you have waxed your body? Why must they tell you what to do with your body?"
"This is very weird. Why is it a 'must' for ladies to wax yet it's a 'brunch'?"
"This is disgusting."
In other news, Briefly.co.za reported that Da LES recently lost his father and took to social media to tell Mzansi that he was to be laid to rest Tuesday, 5 January.
Taking to his personal Twitter page, the rapper posted a sweet message dedicated to his father. He said:
"What a beautiful day, we celebrate my Dad’s life and lay my Dad to rest peacefully. I’m so grateful for what I’ve learned and for my biggest fan becoming my guardian angel."
Social media users sent messages of comfort to the media personality. Fellow celebrity Lalla Hirayama said:
"Sorry for your loss. Wishing you long life."
"Sorry to hear that bro, thoughts and prayers are with you and your family during this time, may his soul rest in piece."
