Simphiwe Dana has come out about her sexuality and is hoping friends, fans and family will be accepting of her. Coming out is not a simple task, it takes great courage and self-assurance.
Having been previously married to a man, it came as a bit of a surprise when Simphiwe announced she was gay. However, people have been quite accepting and are proud of her for owning who she is.
Taking to social media, Simphiwe announced that she has found the woman for her and that the two are tying the knot. Simphiwe hopes that she will have everyone’s support as this means a lot to her.
