- Boity Thulo understands there is some criticism regarding the price of her cider
- Addressing the matter during a recent interview, Boity thanked those who have bought it and apologised to those who are unable to afford it
- Boity is not going to drop the price though as she feels that is what her cider is worth what she charges
Boity Thulo took the time to address the pricing issue some have had with her new cider, BT Signature. Some have found it a tad too pricey.
Speaking to TshisaLIVE on the TshisaPOD series, Boity explained how she has come to understand that some feel her cider is too expensive, however, she thanks those who have still bought it and shown their support.
“I know there was a lot of criticism of the price, but there was also a lot of support. People were saying the BT Signature obviously is less than other drinks on the market and for me, I think we have created a really premium drink. It's for a discerning palette.”
Boity feels her cider is priced right and well worth the money. She is sorry some cannot afford it, but that happens with a lot of things in life.
“We felt like while it may not appeal to everyone, I felt like everyone is getting good value from BT Signature. Because, even if you taste it, you can taste the difference. I definitely think it's worth the price, for sure.”
Boity is a generous celeb who always tries to help where she can. Having put her heart and soul into this cider, Boity is not about to drop the price, sorry!
