Malaika Singer Tshedi Mholo Reveals She Has Unfinished Business With DJ Chymamusique

Malaika singer Tshedi Mholo took to Facebook to react to the car accident that talented muso Collen Mmotla AKA DJ Chymamusique was involved in.
The head-on collision reportedly happened between Mokopane and Polokwane, and it claimed the life of DJ Poizen. Tshedi, who was distraught, expressed heartbreak and wished for the DJ to get well soon.
"Chymamusique, we have unfinished business, tlhe. Get well, bro," she cried.

Tshedi explains post
According to TshisaLIVE, Tshedi said she was heartbroken over the news and was only wishing for Chymamusique to get well.
“I was sharing how me and him started this song together and wishing him a speedy recovery,” she told the news publication.
Mholo was reacting to a video from 2016, where they were both in the studio. She said the song is still in production, pending Chyma's recovery.
“That song is pending. As heartbreaking as this is, I wish him to recover fully. We have unfinished business.”
Although she spoke about the song, she did mention that she is praying for his recovery.
Chymamusique speaks on fear of accidents
Chymamusique revealed in June 2021 that he'd never been in a car accident. Shortly after news of the accident gained traction, a social media user, @Joy_Zelda, shared a screenshot on her X account on 30 August 2025, his post about car accidents back in June 2021.
"Have you ever been in a car accident? I haven't, and it's my biggest fear," he wrote on X.

"DJ Chymamusique is still in the ICU following a fatal crash. Acclaimed house music producer DJ Chymamusique remains in the intensive care unit as he continues to fight for his life after last weekend’s tragic car accident on the N1 near Ysterberg Mountain. The crash, which claimed the life of his collaborator and fellow artist DJ Poizen, also left several fatalities and others injured and brought renewed calls for road safety in Limpopo," the post reads.
DJ Poizen's funeral service details revealed
In a previous report from Briefly News, DJ Poizen's family has revealed that the memorial service will be held on Thursday, 11 September 2025, at the Centurion Chisanyama from 4 pm to 6 pm.
There will also be a second memorial service, which will be held at Poizen's home in Tickeyline, Limpopo province, on Friday, 12 September 2025. This will happen at the Napscom High School Hall.
Finally, Poizen's uncle, Reuben Masetla, revealed that the funeral service will be held at Tickeyline village outside Tzaneen in Limpopo’s Mopani District, Napscom High School, from 6 am. The DJ will be sent to his final resting place, which is at Tickeyline’s Malesa Graveyard.
