Talented music producer Chymamusique recently shared his health update from his hospital bed after the fatal car accident.

The popular DJ had social media buzzing this week when he paid tribute to his late friend DJ Poizen, who passed away in Limpopo province on Saturday, 30 August 2025.

The fan-favourite musician posted a photo of himself in his hospital bed on his Instagram Stories on Thursday, 11 September 2025.

He wrote: "Every day is a chance to breathe again. Try again and seek God to guide us into living a purpose-filled life."

In the photo, the DJ appears to be healing since he was involved in a car accident that claimed the life of DJ Poizen a week ago.

The musician also encouraged South Africans to attend DJ Poizen's memorial service, which was held on Thursday, 11 September 2025, in Centurion, Gauteng province.

"If you are in Gauteng and you are able, please attend my brother's memorial service at Centurion this afternoon," he said.

The multi-award-winning musician also announced on his Instagram account on Monday, 8 September 2025, that he's out of the ICU after having 4 successful operations.

Chymamusique has thanked his fans, friends, and family for supporting him and praying for his recovery while he's still in the hospital.
