Wiseman Mncube has finally had his final act on SABC1's Uzalo as Sbonelo, a medical doctor who got entangled in crime. He joined the soapie in 2018.
Uzalo's production team bids Wiseman Mncube goodbye in emotional video
His team gave him an honour guard as he walked out of the studios for the last time. His words, according to MDN News in a Twitter (X app) post, read:
"As I bow out kuZalo after beautiful sweet 5 years. This show I will forever cherish and love for the rest of my life. 'Uzalo' changed my life!"

Wiseman Mncube leaving Uzalo for My Brother's Keeper
The actor shot to fame and, in 2023, landed roles on big productions such as The Wife, Shaka iLembe and BET's biopic Nkalakatha: the Life of Mandoza.
He permanently leaves Uzalo to join My Brother's Keeper on Mzansi Magic, a new show that replaces the weekday drama Gomora.
