In the video posted by @deedineozwane0 on 24 July 2025, where she alleged that the local clinic did not attend to any of their patients for two hours as they were "fed up," they retaliated against their actions.

"We honestly need intervention with this poor service, we get from the government facilities," @deedineozwane0 wrote in her TikTok caption.

Community members are seen expressing their frustration in the clip as they wait for essential medical attention. The situation escalates quickly as patients, already frustrated by the long waiting times, learn that clinic staff members had left for a break during a critical time when many needed care. The situation took a dramatic turn as some community members began to approach the staff members aggressively, but security quickly stepped in to separate the individuals and prevent any further conflict.
