“If South Africans vote ANC again, we're choosing our own suffering. After 15+ years, things keep getting worse. GBV, unemployment, taxes, taxi bullying, and overflowing clinics. Corruption is endless, and the government focuses on social media. Not DA either, racism is still real.It's time to give another party a chance.”
People online agreed with Felicia, but the only problem was finding a good enough party to vote for. Youngsters looked into every political party and found different flaws.
They agreed to fully cancel out the ANC and DA while they searched for a suitable replacement. Felicia captioned her now-viral clip:
“15 years of the same party. Nothing's changed. GBV, taxes, unemployment — still a mess. Time to wake up and vote for change.”
The next elections will be the Local Government Elections, which will be held between 2 November 2026 and 1 February 2027, according to South African Minister in the Presidency, Khumbudzo Ntshavheni, who made the announcement in Cape Town on 13 November 2024.

“EFF is not an option either.”
@ẞup3rmàcy🍃🦅:
“But let’s be realistic, if not ANC, which party would be fit enough to be elected to ‘rule' the country? EFF would put us back into segregation, and we'd lose sponsors from other countries. The DA only focuses on white people. The MK is just useless. What have they done so far? The other parties are just too small to be recognised and taken seriously. We have to be realistic about the situation we see in front of us, honestly. LET SOMEONE YOUNG ACTUALLY BE PRESIDENT FOR ONCE.”

“Plot twist, they will vote ANC again.”
@lindosikosana shared:
“Watch them vote for the ANC again, sisi, watch them! I doubt I will be voting again; the last elections hurt me a lot.”

“I believe many South Africans are patriotic, that's why they don't agree with Malema's Africanism ideologies, that's why many people are against EFF, because if it wasn't that, EFF would win. For many people, ANC is a No, DA is a No, MK is a No, and EFF is a No. Now people end up not knowing who to vote for.”
@mandy54 reminded SA:
“Don’t forget that our very own president asked us why all those things are happening.”
@PalisaTHEpali wrote:
“It's scary because Ramaphosa is ignoring our issues. The DA might put us back to segregation. The EEF might lead us into chaos. The MK, nope, because Zuma again? Action SA seems it be moving silently, meaning we might go back to how ANC used to lead other parties. In my own opinion, they are not going to lead us into salvation anytime soon. In my own opinion, cancel the parties and choose the country. South Africans should pick individuals to occupy each seat chosen by us assigned by us, the people fit for the job. A minister and their department must have qualifications and experience, and not because they were alive during apartheid.”
