Wearing a bold red outfit and a bib numbered 1203, the girl walked the runway with a level of confidence that stopped South Africans in their tracks. Viewers watching from back home were quick to claim her as one of their own, with many pointing out that her poise and energy were unmistakably South African.

The video by @true.gist.media drew an outpouring of pride from South Africans online, many of whom could not contain their excitement seeing a child from their country hold her own on an international stage.
