South African content creator Austin Mzukwa is not slowing down. On 22 October 2026, he took to Instagram to announce the acquisition of a Mercedes-Benz V-Class, capping off what has been a milestone birthday month spectacularly.
"Another car has been bought," Mzukwa wrote alongside a glimpse of his newest ride. Ever the showman, he added a triumphant declaration:
"We're no more renting buses, we're buying buses now." The post also carried a broader message for his community, with the content creator noting that in 2026, "the gays are winning."
A birthday month to remember
The V-Class is not his only October splurge. Mzukwa had already turned heads earlier in the month when he purchased a Mercedes-Benz A-Class to mark the start of his birthday celebrations. Both luxury vehicles carry matching personalised number plates reading "A Mzukwa," a deliberate touch that underscores his flair for detail and personal branding.

The back-to-back purchases are consistent with the lifestyle his followers have come to expect. Mzukwa has built a substantial following through vibrant lifestyle content, comedic clips, and a high-profile presence in Mzansi's influencer scene.
His appeal stretches beyond laughs, though. He has repeatedly turned heads with eye-catching displays of wealth, including a lavish new home and extravagant luxury purchases that have sent social media into overdrive.
Mzukwa's rapid accumulation of luxury goods has not gone unnoticed or unchallenged. Each new acquisition reignites conversation in South Africa about influencer income, wealth transparency, and what it means to live visibly and unapologetically well in the public eye. Austin, for his part, seems unbothered, letting his purchases do the talking.
With two new Mercedes-Benzes and a birthday month that reads more like a highlight reel, Mzukwa heads into the final stretch of 2026 on a high.
