Arsenal Legend Claims Manchester City Forward Is Better Than Bukayo Saka
- Arsenal legend Robert Pires has claimed a Manchester City winger is better than Gunner star Bujkayo Saka
- The England international has become one of the best players in the Premier League after impressive showings
- Saka has helped Mikel Arteta's side challenge for the Premier League title for the last two campaigns
Bukayo Saka has been one of Arsenal's best players in the last few years, and without him, the Gunners would probably not be competing for the Premier League title.
The England international has become one of the top right-wingers in world football.
Former Arsenal winger Robert Pires feels the Gunners winger needs to improve his game, suggesting that a Manchester City winger is better than him.
Saka bagged 16 goals and nine assists in the league last season, an improvement from the 2023/24 season when he registered 14 goals and 11 assists, per Transfermarkt.

Under Mikel Arteta, he's become one of the first names on the team sheet and has consistently delivered when called upon.
However, he has been criticised by retired players for his style and decision-making.
Who is better than Bukayo Saka?
Arsenal legend Robert Pires has praised the Gunners winger but said he lacks some attributes.
“Bukayo Saka still lacks a certain level of consistency and experience, especially in the big games. Perhaps this season, especially in the Champions League, he will show a more convincing face than last season when it counts,” he said via Football365.
The World Cup winger added that Man City's Jeremy Doku is a much better player than Saka.
“In my opinion, Jeremy Doku from Manchester City is a bit better because he is technically stronger, has better dribbling skills and is more imaginative.”
Doku is in his second season at Man City. The Belgium international registered seven goals and 11 assists in all competitions.
Which Arsenal players need to improve?
Briefly News earlier reported that Arsenal legend Ian Wright has named three Gunners players who will have to step up this season.
The retired striker said Gabriel Martinelli, Gabriel Jesus, and Reiss Nelson need to improve to give Arsenal a chance to win the title.
