Kwesta has opened up about his classic hit Ngud' featuring Cassper Nyovest. The talented Mzansi rapper said the 2016 hit also blew his expectations.

The star was a guest on Pan Africa Music recently. He was there to speak about his new project titled g.o.d guluva. Kwesta said he was surprised when Ngud' made people from the middle class areas dance to hip-hop.

The award-winning musician said he thought he was making Ngud' for people from the townships but expressed that he was surprised when the song also popped in middle class areas.

The star also spoke about why he took so long to drop an album after DaKAR II. Kwesta said there was no time to make it because he had been fully booked.

"The demand was crazy," he said, according to SAHipHopMag.

In related news, Briefly News reported that Kwesta dropped his highly-anticipated album g.o.d guluva on Friday, 30 April. The rapper has been trending high on Twitter since he released the project. Kwesta's loyal fans took to the micro-blogging app to share their opinions on the dope album.

The Ngud' hitmaker dropped his last album DaKAR II in 2016 and has been dropping singles ever since. This album has been welcomed by his fans who have been eagerly waiting for their fave to drop his full body of work.
