A South African man is receiving all the good messages on social media after losing weight over the past 10 years. Peter Mukheli has shared a number of images on Twitter where he is seen going from a rather large to a slender-built man.

Many of his friends have shared their reactions and have praised him for this massive improvement. Apart from exercising in terms of running, he says he is now eating well as he looks to live a healthy lifestyle going forward.

Paul, who lost 76kg in one year, has given tips on how to lose weight. He said people should ensure to change their lifestyles and not just their diets.
