His personal favourite team to coach would be the Orlando Pirates because that is where he started his professional career.
Malesela has been out of work since April after Chippa United released him from his contractual obligations after the team's poor performance according to Sowetan Live.
One of the reasons he would like to coach one of the big three is that he would have the resources available to build his dream team.
Times Live reported that he has looked back on his coaching career and said that he was grateful that he got to play a part in so many players' lives.

Influence
Malesela said that one of his greatest influencers was the late legendary Chiefs, Sundowns and Pirates coach Ted Dumitru.
Like Dumitru, Malesela believes that South African players are among the best in the world and Malesela would never speak badly of a local player.
He believes that South Africa has the talent and it is simply a case of allowing those players to flourish in the correct environment.
Malesela made it clear that he does not like players who show off or pass the ball backwards. He likes players who can go past people.

Mosimane has dropped the image on Twitter and his caption is all about hard work as he is seen sitting comfortably in a flight.
SAFA not planning on stopping Chiefs from appointing Baxter
In other news, the South African Football Association says it will not stop DStv Premiership side Kaizer Chiefs from hiring coach Stuart Baxter. Baxter has been heavily linked with a possible return to Naturena to replace Gavin Hunt, who was sacked last week.
The former Bafana Bafana manager’s name has been bandied about as the favourite to lead the Soweto giants next season. According to TimesLIVE, the Mzansi football governing body is not against the English man’s return to the local top-flight.
