Social media personality, Lorissa Turner gets the Twitter community emotional as she tweets about what may be Twitter’s best love story for 2018. In just 200 characters, Turner tells the platform about her exciting but turbulent relationship with lifestyle blogger, Elliot Arunah.
In her tweet, Turner writes that she made a move on her crush Elliot Arunah on Twitter in February. Although circumstances lead to them being in a long-distance relationship for five months, they managed to keep their love alive. A few months later the couple decided to make their whirlwind romance official.
The couple’s respective social media accounts were quickly adorned with images of their engagement, including a photo of Turner’s gorgeous diamond ring.

Turner writes that she has been through a lot of difficult times in her short life, but is now filled with joy.
"I can’t believe God loves me THIS much to do something like this for me. Elliot is literally a manifestation of the Father’s love for me and I SAID YES to being his wife!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" Turner wrote in an Instagram caption.

In an overwhelming response, Twitter users expressed their admiration for Turner’s bold and confident attitude, which saw her taking charge and making her move on her future husband. Followers also excitedly shared their own stories of how they met their partners online, like Turner and Arunah.
Arunah was also excited about the engagement and wrote a beautiful and loving note to Turner on his Instagram. He writes that he knew she was his soulmate the moment they looked into each others' eyes.
"Before I knew her, I knew her. The moment we locked eyes for the first time... it was as if my soul met her way before that time. We were destined to be."
