Bushiri's alleged former financial manager makes serious accusations in video

Eversince Shepherd Bushiri and his wife were arrested for fraud and money laundering, several people have come forward to claim the religious leader is corrupt.

In a video posted on social media, an unidentified man, who claims to be Bushiri's former financial manager, made some serious accusations against him.

In the video, which was posted on Facebook by South Africa Live, the man makes allegations ranging from mismanagement of church funds to financial manipulation.

The video was captioned:

"Please listen right to the end. - EXCLUSIVE VIDEO EXPLAINING HOW MUCH PROPHET SHEPHERD #BUSHIRI MAKES FROM CHURCH EVERY SUNDAY (Week) FROM THE SALES OF OIL, WATER, OFFERINGS ETC."

"This is an exclusive video of a former General Manager/Financial manager of the prophet #Bushiri's church... He made many Allegations from financial manipulation to how much money is made from sales every Sunday. Wrongly used for personal needs."

"Face and name edited to protect his identity."

Briefly.co.za previously reported Bushiri and his wife were arrested on charges of fraud and money laundering. The couple has since appeared in court and both Major One and his spouse were granted bail set at R100k each.
