May is National High Blood Pressure Education Month and actress Thando Thabethe expressed her concern for her fellow South Africans. She shared a video on Instagram, hoping to motivate Mzansi to have their blood pressure checked.

Thando Thabethe took to social media to try and create more awareness about the dangers of high blood pressure.

Many people suffer from this without even knowing, and it could result in many fatal health issues like heart disease.

Thando shared a video in which she gives info about blood pressure and related health risks.

Thando's video was accompanied by encouragement to her followers to have their blood pressure checked:
