Sjava is rumoured to be the next star to leave Ambitiouz Entertainment

Sjava is rumoured to be the next artist who is going to make an exit from record label, Ambitiouz Entertainment. The label's unpopularity has grown a lot lately and no one would really be surprised if the muso left.

Ambitiouz Entertainment isn't very popular with Mzansi right now (much like MetroFM) and people are actually rejoicing when artists walk away from the record label.

Emtee recently made his exit after a long time of being very unhappy and his fans congratulated him, as reported on by Briefly.co.za.

Now, rumour has it Sjava could follow his example and also leave the label.

SAHipHopMag reports that Sjava has previously expressed unhappiness with being with the label, especially the way they're handling his career.

Over about 2 years, Ambitiouz Entertainment has lost Fifi Cooper, Amanda Black, A-Reece and Priddy Ugly. And, of course, now Emtee.

Apparently, the biggest issue artists have with the label is the way it smothers their freedom to flourish and grow.

Sjava had this to say in a tweet that he has since deleted:

"It's hard being an artist yiko abanye abaningi bezibulala people see izinto zenzeka from ngaphandle bacabange ukuthi sijabulile sithwele kanzima sekuyiko nje ukuhlala ethembeni and hope for the better kodwa eqinisweni akumnandi."

In another tweet, he expressed displeasure at not being able to make DVD albums.
