Mzansi actress, Dawn Thandeka King, is on cloud nine as she believes she has found love the second time around with fellow actor, Mlungisi Ndebele.
Briefly.co.za learnt that the Uzalo actress, who plays the character of MaNgcobo on the SABC 1’s drama show, recently opened up about her divorce from her husband of 15 years.
According to ZAlebs, the couple decided to end their marriage two years ago, because of their long-distance relationship as well as other contributing factors. At the time, Dawn did state that she was not in a hurry to fall in love, but it looks like she spoke to soon. She is happy now and that is all that matters.
Dawn and Mlungisi were spotted wearing matching outfits at Baby Cele and her husband, Thabo Moloka’s membeso at the weekend. Dawn and Mlungisi was also spotted wearing a ring on their right fingers. Are they engaged?
The Daily Sun reported that this was not the first time that the pair had been spotted together, and wearing matching outfits too.
Dawn confirmed their relationship to the publication.
“Yes, we’re a loving relationship and he makes me happy. For now, we’re still enjoying our privacy and each other’s company," she said.
She also revealed that the only reason that they have been keeping their relationship on the down low was that their families have not yet been properly introduced.
When asked whether the rings meant anything, Dawn simply answered: “We’ll make an announcement once we’re ready.”
