Halala: Boy makes SA proud, wins silver medal at WMO Championships

Halala! Lezario Alston Louw, who is affectionately known to social media users as 'Zaza', has made the country proud.
The young man competed in the WMO World Championships - a tournament hosting the world's best in martial arts.
Zaza's exceptional performance secured him a silver medal in his age division. His trainer and sensei, Vernon Booysen, congratulated the little "champ" on his achievement.
Booysen wrote:
"So proud of our champ. Congratulations Zaza on taking silver at the WMO world champs and congratulations to Althea Louw and Lee."
Booysen revealed there were still a couple of events left in which Zaza could walk away with a gold medal.

Briefly.co.za learned Zaza is part of the FCMA SA team representing Mzansi at the WMO World Championships in Manchester, England.
His story was shared on the #ImStaying Facebook group and it inspired South Africans.
