Sbahle Mpisane is already working on her summer body.
The stunner took to social media and posted a video while working out.
She captioned her post:
"Summer bodies are forged in winter."
On Monday, Sbahle said it was exactly week two of her birthday month. The winter baby also encouraged peeps to exercise using the training videos that she posted on her timeline.
"I’ve already posted training videos for my beginner’s and novice’s to try out at home during our #Covid_19 lockdown #Level3 in prep of our summer bodies brrrr."
The 'Fitness Bunnie' added:
"So let's move together in joy and in celebration of our beautiful selves my ladies."
Businesswoman and reality TV star Shauwn Mkhize reacted to Sbahle's post:
