Somizi is off to his holiday home and told his followers so in a social media post that was accompanied by a selfie.

The media personality posted a pic where he is wearing a bucket hat and sunglasses while sitting in the seat of a car. The pic was presumably on the journey as Somizi was travelling to his destination.

Somgaga also took the opportunity to implore Mzansi to stay safe over the last few days of 2020.

The caption of Somizi's post read:

"Off to holiday home..........be safe on the roads.....be safe in general.......let's end this year safely and enter next year in full...amen"

The star used the moment to draw attention to the high road-accident levels which usually plague the December-January season as well as the concern that there have been Covid-19 spikes across the country.

With national lockdown having been re-instated at Level 3, Somizi was wise to advise his followers to be safe over the New Year's celebrations and welcome in 2021 responsibly.

Minnie Dlamini-Jones decided to share some selfies with her followers and she kept it natural but was looking glowy and gorgeous. Minnie was looking beautiful and her fans immediately took to the comments section to compliment her on how stunning she was looking.

Minnie joked about her selfies saying that, due to the newly-instated lockdown rules which prohibit drinking, she would not be suffering from "phuza face".

Lockdown Level 3 hit Mzansi just a few days ago and Minnie is making the best out of the situation by acknowledging that there will be no facial puffiness or swelling after a big night of drinking. Followers loved seeing the star comfortable and in her natural state, so they took to the comments section to compliment her on her appearance.

Some sent fire emojis, some agreed with her "phuza face" caption and some attributed her glow to her being a new mommy:

dr_tumelomakamu: "Beautiful Mommy"
drlangamngoma: "So naturally beautiful"
sixolothi: "Such beauty"
ndumi36: "No phuza face lool true"
sphe_zah: "Mommy glow"
