Tattoos stay forever and making a good decision when getting one is essential. An image of a lady with a facial tattoo of the name "Sphiwe" has now raised concerns with many South Africans on social media.

The unknown woman looks quite happy in the image with the name tattooed across her cheek. The image went viral after it was shared to Twitter by popular app user and parody account, @AdvoBarryRoux.

While there has been much concern surrounding the odd tattoo choice, many SAns decided to troll the lady based on her decision.
