Flamboyant businesswoman Shauwn Mkhize and her son Andile Mpisane are reportedly facing eviction. The rich mother-and-son duo are being evicted from four luxurious Sandton homes worth close to R20 million.
The reality TV star and her Gqom singing son have reportedly failed to pay after Andile signed an offer to purchase the four homes in cash instalments.
Mamkhize and Andile are known in Mzansi for living a lavish life. They own a couple of posh properties and have expensive taste when it comes to cars. The soccer team owners are also known for wearing designer clothes. Many people believe that they bought all their houses in cash but that doesn't seem to be the case.
A Johannesburg man has applied for a court order to evict MaMkhize and her son from the multi-million-rand Sandton mansions.
Sunday World reports that Bruch Roy Peretz filed the papers in the Joburg High Court this week. According to the publication, Peretz said Andile and MaMkhize have refused to vacate the property despite several warnings, as a result, he was financially prejudiced.
In other entertainment news, Briefly.co.za reported that Shauwn Mkhize and her son Andile Mpisane served Mzansi mother and son goals recently on social media. The businesswoman took to Instagram a few days ago and shared a video of the two of them enjoying a quality time together.
In the video uploaded by MaMkhize on her Instagram, she can be heard hyping Andile as he dances to an Amapiano track titled Mama while he drives. MaMkhize captioned her post:
"Mama and son. It's such moments I treasure as a mother: open relationship with my son and being able to talk about anything and everything. You are my world."
Briefly.co.za also reported that Shauwn Mkhize decided to take a ride in a minibus taxi recently. The flamboyant reality TV star said the experience felt "so good back with the people". The wealthy businesswoman has a fleet of luxurious cars but on Friday, 29 January she decided to do something different in order to connect with ordinary citizens again.
The star shared on Instagram that she even helped the taxi driver by collecting taxi fare from other passengers on his behalf. She said that was her highlight of her taxi ride.
"Collecting the money for the driver, priceless moment. Love it. Was tempted to take a few for myself as a tip for doing a great job."
MaMkhize expressed that she even complied with Covid-19 regulations when using public transport. MaMkhize said she had to put on the face mask when she jumped in the taxi.
