Mzansi television personality Bonang Matheba has opened up about how she feels about the lack of travelling in her life currently. Queen B is known for having lavish trips overseas with some of her gal pals.
The Covid-19 pandemic restricted travel for people all over the world, with borders being closed unless people absolutely needed to leave their country. Taking to social media, Bonang said:
"Been home for a year."
The star added a crying face and broken-heart emoji to her tweet, showing just how sad she is about not being able to travel.
Bonang had plans in New York before the start of the pandemic and she had to put them on hold. Queen B had her eyes on moving her career to the US, but Covid-19 had other plans.
“I work hard, I make sacrifices because I want to be the best. If I had the opportunity to speak to the young Bonang who got into the industry very young, I would tell her to keep going," she told Drum Magazine in 2019.
A plan delayed is not a plan denied and hopefully, Bonang will be able to put her plans in motion once the pandemic subsides some more. The good news is that the world is undergoing vaccination, so it might be sooner rather than later.
Briefly.co.za previously reported that Bonang Matheba stunned in a lavish Cape Town getaway. Mzansi television personality Bonang Matheba is always serving travel goals and this time was no different.
Bonang took to social media to share snaps of herself looking oh-so-lovely enjoying the sun in Cape Town. Bonang was dressed in a little black dress that definitely got some tongues wagging on social media.
The star has not been as active on socials lately but when she is, she shows off her lavish lifestyle. Bonang looked gorgeous and she was wearing a straw hat. She also had her nails done in a cute pink colour. Her facebeat looked like it was done by the gods.
