"She is making this up, the royals accepted her... why would they not accept their child? This interview is such an attention-seeking scam."

"This made me so mad and I am disgusted and feel for Meghan. She is doing what Diana was trying to do, expose the royal family."

"This is so heartbreaking. As a mother, I don’t know how I would react to knowing that my unborn child is already subjected to racism. He wasn’t even born yet and they already don’t accept him because of what potentially his skin colour was going to be. They are evil. #wickedwindsors"

"Meghan Markle, my selfless friend, lives her life - and leads by example - with empathy and compassion. She teaches me every day what it means to be truly noble. Her words illustrate the pain and cruelty she's experienced," wrote Williams.

She then goes on to reflect how, like Markle, she has been subjected to sexism and racism as well as unfair scrutiny under the watchful eyes of the media. She then calls on people to stand against tabloid journalism and the results of harmful gossip to help bring an end to the unfair treatment of women and people of certain race groups.
