Shaun Mkhize has slammed the claims that she bought her role in Uzalo. The flamboyant businesswoman recently started playing the character of a rich woman in the popular SABC 1 show.
There are rumours circulating on social media that Mam'Mkhize paid to get the role in the telenovela. This is her first acting gig. She became popular in Mzansi during the days of her epic reality TV show.
Mam'Mkhize has told her naysayers that her money does not always buy her everything. She said she worked hard to get where she is today.

Briefly.co.za reported that Shauwn Mkhize announced that she would make her much-anticipated debut in Uzalo on Thursday night, 4 March. The reality TV star also revealed that she did not audition for her role in the Mzansi most-watched TV show.
The flamboyant businesswoman took to Instagram on Thursday morning, 4 March to let her fans know that she'll make her first appearance in the show on Thursday night, as also reported by ZAlebs. She wrote:
"D-day has finally arrived and tonight I make my first appearance on @uzalo_sabc1 I’m so excited!!! Thank you to everyone for the support and love you’ve shown me leading up to today."
