Prince Kaybee has opened up about how he keeps his head up in the cutthroat entertainment industry in Mzansi. Speaking to Candice Modiselle during an Instagram Live video, the record producer shed some light on how he keeps his head above the water.
Prince Kaybee thinks that the main thing that kept him together was not letting the fame get to his head and said that it's easy to get lost in the glitz and glam.
"When you are in a space where you are successful, you tend to outgrow all the things that made you who you are," he said.
The record producer says that when a song become successful, you should go back to the studio and see if you can make another hit. Going to the club and getting caught up in the fame is not a good idea.
"We are not supposed to see you in the club all the time or in the streets all the time just because you have a big song. Whatever made that big song, get back to it immediately," said Prince Kaybee.
Candice then commended Prince Kaybee and said that it is the "little things" that make people become better at what they do.
Briefly.co.za previously reported that Prince Kaybee encouraged women to date men who believe in them. Prince Kaybee felt the need to give the women of Mzansi a little advice when it comes to relationships and perusing their dreams.
No man should ever stop you from achieving greatness. Often women fall victim to relying on men and do not end up following the aspirations they had before being in a relationship. Kaybee feels this needs to change and that women need to take control of their destiny.
Taking to social media, Kaybee made it clear that no man should ever stop a woman from accomplishing the things she dreamed of doing. Gurl, you gotta get you a man who helps you get there!
