Social media users reply to Slik Talk's claims

@CrampShellVibes responded:

"Yeah, well, MacG is the reason he has had that opportunity anyway. Plus, Sol did say he is already getting other radio offers. 🤷‍♂️."

@Kego_S said:

"People really can't wait for Sol to leave the podcast because they think it will go down, Lol. That podcast will run well with or without Sol, and I don't think Sol has the desire to start his own podcast. I get what he said about MacG, it's true."

@Vhapat12 wrote:

"I've come to realise that not many people knew about the struggles these individuals faced after being canceled due to Sol's homophobic comments at the time. Some advised MacG to cut ties with Sol, but the brother didn’t, so what makes you think they will walk away from each other?"

Sizwe Dhlomo responds to Sol Phenduka's exit at Kaya FM: "He brought a lot of value"

@_I_am_myselff_ commented:

"Nah, Slik Talk missed this time. Radio is a very unsafe space for creatives, imagine Sol turns in MacG, 'a guaranteed job'. Even if it doesn't pay R100k, and the same radio turns on him."

@Malapza_N said:

"There's nothing or no one who can make MacG dump Sol. He knows his pain, his wins, and they are forever together. Whether we like it or not. Sol has cost MacG, but he never said bye; instead, he laughed about it and held hands. That's a real brother. Either way, Kaya FM was going to fire him."

@SeeBeyondLight reacted:

"Sol just wants to be MacG’s lil buddy forever. He is now back to his old life full-time, taking gigs, driving at night, and putting his life at risk. Getting drunk after gigs just to scream 'nyoviolous', 🤦🏾."
