YFM radio personality Shamiso Mosaka got the attention of social media users this week when she shared a bikini photo of herself following her BBL (Brazilian butt lift) surgery in Turkey.

The reality TV star previously made headlines when she documented her BBL journey and shared photos and videos of her new body on her social media account.

Entertainment blogger Musa Khawula shared a bikini photo of Shamiso Mosaka on his X account on Friday, 19 September 2025.

"Shamiso Mosaka shows off her body," he captioned the photo.

The reality TV star also shared the photo on her Instagram account and explained that belly buttons are not affected by BBL's when a social media user asked about her belly button.

A follower of the radio personality @pacyvell.m wrote:

"That belly button is giving BBL😮."

To which Shamiso replied:

"@pacyvell.m BBL’s don’t change your belly button. Only tummy tucks because they have to make you a new one. That’s just my belly button."
