In a post shared on 20 September 2026, the account behind Nota did not hold back, describing A-Reece's outing as "career suicide" and drawing a sharp contrast with another artist, Phori, who was praised for showing deference. The post reads:
"Phori kissed the ring and got his reward, my presence. Highlight of historic proportions!"
The account also fired a pointed dig at A-Reece's supporters, suggesting they would eventually learn that there are no shortcuts or timelines in real life, likening fan loyalty to someone criticising an authority figure and then turning around to ask for a selfie at FNB Stadium.
