50 Cent could not resist weighing in after reports surfaced that Sean "Diddy" Combs was being transferred back to solitary confinement, following explosive claims about a lavish lifestyle inside Fort Dix federal prison in New Jersey. The rap mogul and longtime Diddy critic took to Instagram on Thursday, 1 October 2026, to have his say in typically unfiltered fashion.

True to form, 50 Cent used the moment to also promote his upcoming Street Fighter project, dropping the release date at the end of his caption without missing a beat.

On top of that, four inmates who had served time alongside Combs painted a picture of privilege that left many stunned. According to their accounts, Diddy allegedly had access to paid servants, specially prepared meals, alcohol, and a modified tablet while incarcerated.

The claims prompted prison authorities to reportedly send Combs back to solitary confinement, also known as "the box."

Fans react to 50 Cent's post

Given his well-documented history of feuding with Combs, 50 Cent's reaction was hardly a surprise to his followers. The post drew thousands of comments, with many finding his trolling hilarious while others spotted a familiar pattern.
