Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs is no longer in solitary confinement. The music mogul has been moved back into the general population at FCI Fort Dix in New Jersey after spending time in the prison's Special Housing Unit, according to reports from The Shade Room and TMZ.

Diddy was transferred to isolation following a physical fight with a fellow inmate. Sources say the confrontation started after the other inmate allegedly disrespected him, at which point the two men began pushing each other and exchanging punches before prison staff intervened and separated them.

What happens next for Diddy

After officials reviewed the incident, Diddy was cleared to return to the general prison population. What remains unclear is whether either party will face formal disciplinary consequences, or whether the altercation could have any bearing on their projected release timelines. Diddy is currently scheduled to be released from federal prison on 20 February 2028.
