The video, shared by @luckyones62, touched a nerve with South Africans who have followed Chidimma's story from the beginning. The creator made it clear she understood why Chidimma was taking her case to court, saying she would do the same in her shoes.

Chidimma Adetshina withdrew from the 2024 Miss South Africa pageant after facing intense public scrutiny about her heritage. She went on to win the Miss Universe Nigeria title and finished as first runner-up at the global competition. But while she was making history on the world stage, South African authorities revoked her citizenship, citing alleged fraud linked to her mother.
