A Pretoria-based property enthusiast had South Africans dreaming big after she toured a R65 million Franschhoek estate on TikTok. @vuvusesi, who runs the NomiandCo lifestyle and property page, shared the walkthrough on 19 September 2026. She found the listing while browsing Pam Golding's website and decided to take her followers along for the ride.
The estate, located in the Cape Winelands town of Franschhoek about 75 kilometres east of Cape Town, spans 2,800 square metres with 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms and 12 garages. The aerial footage showed the property set against the dramatic Franschhoek mountains, which Vuvusesi called the home's "supporting actress."

What stood out inside the R65 million home
Vuvusesi walked viewers through a home that held nothing back. She gushed over the herringbone floors, vaulted ceilings with exposed beams, a standalone range stove built for serious cooking, and a master bathroom with a checkered floor and a freestanding ottoman. A wine room, home gym, indoor braai area with stone flooring, and a dedicated office space rounded out the highlights. She described the kitchen as warm rather than cold, praised the mix of old and new furniture choices, and admired the wallpaper in the bedrooms.

She was not entirely without critique, gently warning against overdoing exposed beams and suggesting she would swap the wood-burning fireplace for gas in her own dream home. She also admitted she was not completely sold on Franschhoek as a location, but said the house itself could change her mind.
