Ford Hartze took his final breath on 15 October 2026, ending a courageous journey that inspired everyone around him for over a decade. Ford was admitted to hospital after suffering severe stomach cramps and intense neck pain caused by blood pressure complications in his arteries.

Despite doctors attempting to manage his severe pain and discomfort, his condition worsened suddenly when he suffered a severe cramp and clutched his heart. Medical personnel worked tirelessly to resuscitate him, but his organs had deteriorated over time due to chronic oxygen deprivation. According to a report by Southlands Sun, doctors explained that his body was no longer able to absorb oxygen effectively, leading to his final moments alongside his grieving mother, brother, and father figure.
