Chelsea boss Thomas Tuchel has suggested his side are trailing behind Manchester City, Liverpool, and Manchester United in this season's title race.
Tuchel made the concession just moments after steering his side to a 3-0 win over Crystal Palace in their Premier League opener.
Goals from Marcos Alonso, Christian Pulisic, and Trevoh Chalobah ensured the west Londoners kicked off their campaign on a flying start.
While the clash on Saturday was encouraging news for Chelsea in their push to challenge for the league this season, Tuchel contends there are still teams well ahead of the Blues.

According to the German tactician, the English topflight is the most competitive in Europe but was quick to exude his desire to help his side close the gap between them and their rivals.
"This is the Premier League, the toughest competition and it is on us, I truly believe we are in the role of the hunters to close the gap to Liverpool, City, and United. We have to do this week in, week out," Metro UK quoted his saying.
"We are not shy to say this out loud that we try to be the best in any competition that we play. There are three teams to close the gap to," he added.
Chelsea backed for EPL glory
Earlier, Briefly News reported that Crystal Palace boss Patrick Vieira has admitted Chelsea are Premier League title favourites following their 3-0 comfortable win over the Eagles at Selhurst Park.
The Blues appeared to break no sweat as they took on their London rivals on Saturday, August 14, strolling to victory to kick off their season on a positive note.
And having seen his side comprehensively beaten, Vieira, an Arsenal legend has conceded the Blues are in the race to win the league this season.
"Obviously Chelsea, with the squad that they have, the money they have spent, they will be there fighting for the title. I think Chelsea will be in the top 3 teams who can win the Premier League," he said.
