“I love it. I love the challenge. I love the relationships. I love the pressure. Real estate, like swimming, is unforgiving, but also incredibly rewarding,” Schoeman wrote.
He was candid about the struggles that come with success.
“It’s not all gold medals and highlight reels. There are wins, but there are also struggles. Days when things fall apart. Deals that collapse. Moments where you question your value. I’ve lived that, on the blocks, and now in this business.”
Schoeman emphasised that he wanted to show the full picture to his followers.
“Instagram is great at showing the wins. But I’m here to show you the whole picture. The good, the bad, the hustle, the heartbreak, and the breakthroughs. Whether you’re a swimmer chasing your dream, someone navigating real estate, or someone who wants to work one-on-one with me. I’m here. In every capacity.”

The swimmer’s comments about “civilised nations” seemed to be a direct jab at Malema’s reputation, particularly his tendency to promote radical rhetoric, including singing the controversial song Kill the Boer.
