The Dutch manager, who took over following Jürgen Klopp's departure, has already started receiving recommendations about potential player transfers before the new season begins.
According to Sportbible, former Liverpool goalkeeping coach, John Achterberg, has suggested that Slot should consider selling one of the Reds' players this summer.
In a recent interview, Achterberg hinted that Caoimhin Kelleher, the backup goalkeeper, might be a candidate for departure, given that Alisson Becker is firmly established as the first-choice keeper.

Achterberg speaks on letting go of Kelleher
Achterberg, who was appointed Liverpool's goalkeeping coach in 2011, worked under three different managers—Kenny Dalglish, Brendan Rodgers, and Klopp—during his tenure at the club.
The 53-year-old expressed his wish for Kelleher to secure more first-team opportunities elsewhere. Reflecting on their conversations from five years ago, Achterberg recalled telling Kelleher,
"You know you're better than De Gea. You're more technical, a better kicker, and your reactions are superior. But you need to play regularly to prove it."
He added, "Hopefully, he gets a move because he deserves to be a number one. Having two goalkeepers of that quality is unprecedented for Liverpool."
According to Fotmob data, Kelleher had an uninterrupted two-month spell between February and April last season due to Alisson's injury, showcasing why he could excel as a first-choice goalkeeper elsewhere.
The 25-year-old has made 47 appearances for Liverpool since his debut in 2018.
