Manchester United are in the process of hiring a new coach after firing Erik ten Hag on Monday, 28 October.
Moments after Ten Hag was dismissed, reports in England indicated that they had identified Ruben Amorim as the replacement. INEOS head of sport, Sir Dave Brailsford, delivered a two-word update on the club's progress in hiring Amorim.
On Wednesday, Ruud van Nistelrooy oversaw the team's dominant 5-2 win over Leicester City, the first game without Erik ten Hag. Brailsford watched the Red Devils booked their spot in the Carabao Cup quarter-final.

It is unclear if Amorim will be coach before Man United takes on Chelsea in the Premier League on Sunday. Van Nistelrooy declined to comment on Amorim.
"For now the focus is on Chelsea on Sunday and I do not really look any further."
Man United is looking to get its season back on track after a poor start. They have registered four wins all campaign, but they have not won in Europe. They sit 14th in the Premier League.
