Relebohile Mofokeng added to his growing tally in Belgium as Royale Union Saint-Gilloise brushed aside Sint-Truiden 3-0 in their third league fixture of the season.
The 21-year-old South African forward scored on the hour mark at Stayen to complete the scoring, continuing a bright start to life in the Belgian Pro League since his move to the Brussels club.
Union extend unbeaten run at the back
Sint-Truiden made the livelier start on home soil, with the hosts testing the Union backline twice early on. Goalkeeper Koffi stood firm on both occasions, keeping the visitors level heading into the later stages of the opening half.
Union eventually took control. Biondic threaded a precise pass into the path of Patris in the 22nd minute, and the forward finished confidently with his left foot to give the visitors the lead.
Captain Mac Allister extended the advantage ten minutes after the restart, bundling the ball home from a free-kick. The assistant referee raised the offside flag, but VAR intervened to confirm the goal and restore Union's two-goal cushion.

Mofokeng puts the game beyond doubt
With the match firmly in hand, Union put the result beyond question in the 60th minute. A flowing combination involving Zorgane, Biondic and Mofokeng ended with the young attacker slotting a composed finish into the bottom-right corner to make it 3-0.
The goal is Mofokeng's second in three league outings. He opened his account on debut against Westerlo last month, and has wasted little time in establishing himself as a productive force in the Belgian top flight.

The win also means Union have not conceded in any of their first three league games this season, following a 3-0 victory over Anderlecht the previous week.
Union's next assignment arrives on Sunday, when they travel to face Charleroi, who currently sit at the top of the Belgian Pro League table with an unbeaten record.
