Mamelodi Sundowns and Bafana Bafana goalkeeper Jody February has completed a season-long loan move to Siwelele FC, with the 30-year-old seeking the consistent game time that has eluded him at Chloorkop.
February has been part of the Sundowns setup since 2019, yet has managed only eight official appearances in that period, conceding six goals and keeping three clean sheets across those outings.
February steps into Goss's boots at Siwelele
The loan move directly addresses a gap in Siwelele's squad created when Sundowns recalled Ricardo Goss, who had spent two seasons at the club. February now steps into that vacancy, inheriting a role previously occupied by a fellow Brazilians goalkeeper.

Prior to this move, February had sought opportunities elsewhere, including stints at AmaZulu and the now-defunct Moroka Swallows, as he continued to chase regular minutes at senior level.
