Mamelodi Sundowns have been drawn against Angola's Wiliete SC in the second qualifying round of the CAF Champions League, after the Angolan club eliminated Seychelles outfit Foresters FC from the competition.

Wiliete, who finished second in the Girabola last season, secured their place in the CAFCL qualifiers on the back of that league performance. Their squad includes former Orlando Pirates winger Gilberto, one of several key figures who contributed to the club's first-round campaign.

**Wiliete Sweep Aside Foresters**

The Angolans were dominant throughout their tie against Foresters, claiming a 5-0 aggregate victory. In the first leg, Wiliete ran out 4-0 winners, with striker Mabululu netting a brace while Gilberto and Cesar Cangue also found the net.

The second leg, played on Thursday, produced a 1-0 result in Wiliete's favour, with Mabululu adding a third goal across the two matches to seal the comprehensive aggregate win.

**Sundowns' Second Round Confirmed**

Wiliete head into their clash with Sundowns in strong domestic form, having won all three of their opening Girabola fixtures this season. They currently sit second in the table, behind 1 de Agosto.

The second preliminary round first legs are scheduled for 16 to 18 October, with the return fixtures to follow between 23 and 25 October.
