Erasmus urges caution despite series lead
The third Test at FNB Stadium was tightly contested, with the All Blacks largely dominant in the first half before the Springboks clawed their way back to level at the break and ultimately pull through.
Erasmus reflected honestly on the victory:
"We are happy tonight. It was epic. It was intense. I think the scoreboard at the end showed how close the game was. We're just happy we won."
The Springboks and All Blacks are currently ranked first and second in the world, and Erasmus said the intensity of the series had lived up to its billing. The two squads are travelling to Baltimore on the same flight ahead of the weekend's Test.
